Becki’s Ethos:
“Through the lens of the nervous system, we can understand — and meet with compassion — the protective responses our bodies develop in service of survival. My passion is helping people tap into the body’s innate capacity to heal: building awareness of our internal landscape and the dialogue between body and brain, and cultivating a resilient, flexible nervous system that supports healing on every level — physical, mental, and emotional.”
I’m an experienced body worker specialising in Myofascial Release, Oncology Scar Work and massage, including palliative and end of life support, with a background in sports and remedial massage, yoga and reiki.
When I’m not helping people recover from injury or providing musculoskeletal support, my passion lies in supporting people navigating chronic health and pain conditions, neurodivergence, the effects of trauma from adverse life experiences, and the
autonomic nervous system responses to stress.
It was through my own journey with Myofascial Release, and later Somatic Experiencing, that I began to understand the power of connecting to my “felt sense” — my awareness of bodily sensations during treatment. This unlocked my body’s own
capacity to heal and helped me build a sense of safety I hadn’t experienced before. By working with the fascia, nervous system, and musculoskeletal system, I help create lasting positive change in both the physical and emotional body.

Volunteering my time and skills is important to me, in being able to keep my work as accessible as possible. I have volunteered weekly with St Peter’s Hospice for the past 3 years in their Complementary Therapy team and in the last year also co-facilitate, along with their Physio, Occupational Health and Psychotherapy Team the outpatient Neuro Living Well Groups.
For Penny Brohn, the cancer wellbeing charity where our clinic is based, I run their monthly online Sleep Wellbeing sessions, assist on creative sessions for wellbeing days, and Zoe and I run the free/donation-based Oncology Scar Clinics for their clients.
Outside of the treatment space, nature connection is a big part of my life, spending part of each month in Dorset immersed in nature.
I am the proud mum to a 19-year-old son and enjoy exploring new cultures, foods, paddle boarding and walking — still dragging him with me whenever I think I can get away with it!
