Self Myofascial Release Therapy

Self myofascial release therapy is a simple, effective and pain free self care tool. It can encourage mobility, flexibility and optimal health in the body. It may also promote relaxation of the mind and body.

Research has shown that when self myofascial release is taught and practised regularly there are improvements in joint range of motion and proprioception, thereby aiding injury rehabilitation.

Self myofascial release therapy may also reduce symptoms related to anxiety and pain with chronic health conditions.

I am able to offer online sessions in the comfort of your own home, either in a group setting or individually. I am also able to offer face to face private sessions.
