Why choose Myofascial Release?
I am qualified in myofascial release therapy (MFR) and use this to help manage chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia and chronic pain. MFR is carried out without the use of massage oil, allowing a therapist to feel deeper into the myofascia. The movements are slow and should never be painful. The technique involves the use of skilled ‘listening’ hands to release tension and restrictions found in the myofascial tissues of the body.
